Abstract: The post-90s have become the main force of the employees. Their job satisfaction is not only related to their own career development, but also to the future development of enterprises. The objective of this paper is to analyze how non cognitive competence affects job satisfaction of young employees. Based on the Big Five Model, with statistical analysis method, econometric regression analysis method, this study used the China family panel survey data (CFPS) to investigate the impact of post-90s non-cognitive competence on job satisfaction. The results show that non-cognitive competence has a steady and significant impact on post-90s job satisfaction. Neuroticism has a significant negative effect on post-90s employees' job satisfaction. Agreeableness, responsibility and extraversion have a significant positive effect on post-90s job satisfaction. The gender-based analysis shows that neuroticism has the greatest impact on female employees' job satisfaction, and agreeableness has the greatest impact on male employees, which is related to the psychological characteristics of men and women and the main content of work. This study reveals the important value of non-cognitive competence in improving post-90s employee job satisfaction. In the future, schools and organizations should pay attention not only to the cultivation of students' and employees' cognitive competence such as mathematics, language and professional technology, but also more attention to the cultivation of their non-cognitive competence such as emotions and personalities.

Abstract: The period of exiting from once full-time years of daily employment to a period of less time constraint can be a period of excitement or misery in poverty. It is pathetic that at one period, an individual is on a payroll of an employer but at another period the individual is not on any pension roll. The objective of the paper is to examine the qualification criteria for a pension and the effect of a pension type on poverty. Primary data was gathered from residences with at least one person aged 60 years old or older across 24 sampled localities in the country. A logistic regression estimation method was employed for the data analyses. The findings of the study indicate that different pension systems have different qualifying criteria that the individual must satisfy to be able to get the monthly pension. The conceptual framework indicates that although some individuals contributed to the SSNIT pension scheme, they could not qualify for the monthly pension due to the inability to satisfied the minimum number of months. The findings also show that the SSNIT pension recipients household were less likely of being poor compared to the CAP30 pensioners. It is recommended that SSNIT should embark on vigorous awareness creation exercise to educate the general public about the tenets of social security pension.

Abstract: Entrepreneurial failure is an important topic in economic and management activities. Existing researches mainly focus on the influence of individual characteristics and social environment on entrepreneur failure attribution. The paper mainly study the factors that influence the attribution of entrepreneurial failure. Previous studies on the influencing factors of entrepreneurial failure attribution mainly discussed the role of entrepreneurs and the external environment, but did not discuss the influence of the attributes of entrepreneurial failure events on entrepreneurial failure attribution. Based on the sensemaking theory, we take the operating span of failed enterprises as the antecedent variable affecting entrepreneurs' failure attribution, and take the performance of existing enterprises and the time span of failure to the present as the moderating variable. The research use a sample of 116 serial entrepreneurs with failure experience in Beijing to verify the hypothesis. The findings indicate that the larger the operating span of the failed enterprise, the more likely the entrepreneurs are to blame external factors for the failure. Under the same operating span of failed enterprises, the better the operating performance of the existing enterprises, the more likely the entrepreneurs are to blame external factors for the failure. Failure perception of the employees, shareholders in the previous failed enterprise, and the media can be further discussed.
